FAQ
What are credits used for? ▾
Credits are spent when you generate content — NPCs cost 5 credits, portraits cost 15, dungeons cost 30. Free users get +15 credits per day (max 50). Paid plans include monthly credits on top.
Do unused credits roll over? ▾
Yes — credits accumulate and never expire. If you buy a Satchel and don't use all of it this month, it carries over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? ▾
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my saved NPCs if I cancel? ▾
Your data stays safe for 12 months after cancellation. You can still view your saved NPCs but won't be able to add new ones. After 12 months of inactivity, data is permanently deleted. Re-subscribing before that keeps everything intact.
Is there a free trial? ▾
The Free tier is your trial — use all generators with daily credits, no credit card needed. Upgrade when you want more.
