How do credits work?

Credits are consumed each time you generate content — NPCs, portraits, monsters, etc. Free accounts receive 15 credits daily (max 50). Adventurer plan gets +150/month and DM plan gets +400/month. You can also purchase credit packs at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page and click "Manage Subscription". This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My credits didn't arrive after payment.

Credits are applied automatically after a successful payment. If they haven't appeared within a few minutes, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the credits. For subscription refunds, please contact us within 48 hours of the billing date. Credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
Why does my portrait look wrong or off?

Portrait generation uses AI which can sometimes produce unexpected results. Try adjusting the art style, race, or description. Using more specific descriptive terms tends to give better results. If a generation fails entirely, the credit is automatically refunded.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
How do I save monsters to my Grimoire?

After generating a monster in Monster Forge, click the "Save to Grimoire" button. Free accounts can save up to 5 entries. Adventurer plan allows 25 saves and DM plan allows unlimited saves.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. MyDMForge never stores your card details — they go directly to Stripe's secure servers.
